I ordered an urn tag from another supplier and, when it arrived, I was very unhappy with the look of it. It was square, heavy and bulky with a very cheap looking chain - not at all what I wanted for my mother’s urn. I started searching for a replacement and came upon the Mainely Urns website and found exactly what I wanted - an oval tag that allowed for three lines of engraving and 23 characters per line- just what I needed. I contacted them on a Monday, explained my need to have it by Thursday, and they worked with me to make that happen. When it arrived, I was ecstatic- it is so perfect it brought tears to my eyes. We had a service for mom that Saturday and everyone agreed it was a beautiful tribute to a wonderful mom/Oma/great grandmother. Thank you so much!

It's more Beautiful in real life than in the piture. The weight and heft of it surprised me, too. It's the absolute perfect touch to compliment my Mother's urn.
