Orders received after 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 26 may not be processed until Thursday, July 9. Shipping and processing times will resume on Thursday, July 9 in accordance with the information below.

COVID-19 Message

In the best interests of our employees and community, we are working with a bare minimum voluntary workforce to support demand.Turnaround times are affected for most orders.

Existing Orders:

  • If your order will be significantly delayed (more than 5-7 days), we will reach out to you via email or phone.

New Orders:

  • Non-Personalized orders may experience longer processing times of up to 3-5 additional days.
  • Personalized orders will experience longer processing times of up to 7-10 additional days.
  • 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Rush orders: We will not be accepting ‘air’ or ‘rush’ orders until further notice. If your situation is truly urgent, please contact service@mainelyurns.com and let us know what is going on. We might be able to expedite your order, but no guarantees under the circumstances.
