COVID-19 Message

During this difficult time we ask for your patience and poise as we prioritize orders. Some of our vendors will have unforeseen delays or shut down unexpectedly due to shut downs and staffing. We are already experiencing staffing issues here in our facility which will inevitably cause delays. Feel free to call anytime to discuss your needs or order. Please know that we are doing our very we have done for 18 years.

Existing Orders:

  • If your order will be significantly delayed (more than a 1-3 days), we will reach out to you via email or phone. Feel free to call and have your order number handy.

New Orders:

  • Personalized orders will most likely experience a longer processing times of up to 2-3 additional days.
  • Some of our suppliers will experience unforeseen delays or shut down unexpectedly. If any unforeseen delays arise, a representative will contact you immediately.
  • Most non-personalized orders shouldn't be affected, however we can not make promises about anything right now.
  • 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders: If we foresee a delay in getting something out we'll contact you...but remember...processing times have increased across the board so please don't be surprised.
