Funeral suppliers and manufacturers are slowly recovering from increased demand and product shortages caused by the pandemic. Mainely Urns is a first-tier retailer and we are doing everything possible to get our stock levels back to normal however some manufacturers remain low or out of stock on some items. Orders received after 5:00PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 24 may not be processed until Monday, November 30. Shipping and processing times will resume on Monday, November 30 in accordance with the information below.

COVID-19 Message

To support social distancing we are working with a smaller spread-out workforce. Production turnaround times, shipping and for some orders item availability may be affected.

Existing Orders:

  • If your order will be significantly delayed (more than 3-4 days), we will reach out to you via email or phone.

New Orders:

  • Some supplies are low or out of stock on items. In rare instances we may not know in advance of your order. If there are availability issues related to your order we will notify you immediately. Feel free to email or call us if you have questions.
  • Non-Personalized orders may experience longer processing times of up to 2-3 additional days.
  • Personalized orders may experience longer processing times of up to 3-5 additional days.
  • 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Rush orders: We are not be accepting ‘air’ or ‘rush’ orders, however If your situation is truly urgent, please contact service@mainelyurns.com and let us know what's going on. We can most likely expedite your order, but no guarantees under the circumstances. UPS / FedEx have both suspended service guarantees until further notice.
