In an effort to eliminate “surprises” or “unexpected shipping related charges” - we must speak or email with you before we ship your order. Orders with Canada shipping addresses will not be processed without this agreement being acknowledged (add to cart to acknowledge) AND without the buyer contacting Mainely Urns via phone or email 866.516.1296 – 207.512.4091 customerservice@mainelyurns.com. We apologize in advance for this extra step (we don’t like it either). Trust us, it will make the process much smoother and you'll appreciate it in the long run.

Shipping to Canada is becoming increasingly expensive and complex. Again, we apologize in advance for the extra step (we don’t like it either) but by speaking to you we will be able to inform you regarding delivery transit times, carrier options, pricing, taxes, brokerage charges etc and then allow you to choose how the items are shipped.

Many of our items ship to Canada quickly and for as little as $10.00. In those cases there isn’t much of an issue. Heavier memorials, expensive items or items that ship exclusively UPS or FedEx can be much more expensive to ship to Canada and we want to inform you of every option available.
