• Material: Natural finish ash wood, 5 silver aluminum tubes, nickel-plated cast metal urn
• Dimensions: 24" Overall Length (length is from the top of the hanging loop to bottom of the hanging wind catcher)

• Capacity: 3 cubic inches
• Opens with three screws on underside of chime top
• Wind catcher material: Acrylic "Flexi Brass" - this synthetic non-metallic material combines the crisp definition of traditional brass with all the advantages of acrylic (silver or brass).
• Wind catcher engraving can be up to 3 lines of text (36 characters per line including spaces) and a poem selection
• Wind catcher can be engraved on both sides

I love my memorial windchime. When it arrived, the windcatcher (piece at the bottom) happened to be missing. I get it, that happens sometimes. What happened next was unexpected. I contacted Mainely Urns via email to let them know, not knowing what to expect. Some companies ask that you send back the entire order, etc. With my grief, I was not into extra hassles. To my surprise, the first person I contacted was very understanding, kind, and open with communication. She was ABLE TO SEND the replacement product immediately and without question or any hassles on my part. It is so nice to deal with and recommend a company that puts customers first and treats them with kindness and respect.

A Musical 'Hello'

My experience with Mainely Urns was all positive. I found what I was looking for easily on their website. The process of ordering was quick and easy, as was the confirmation and shipping. It was easy to open the urn and add ashes, but be sure to align the o-ring when putting the top back on.

The wind-chimes are simple, well made and have a beautiful sound. Many people in my family move around a lot, so we were thrilled to find an elegant and compact/transferable way to bring a physical reminder of our loved ones with us. Now, every time we hear the wind-chime sound, we think of Kate.

One thing we noticed (that does not bother us at all) is that 'Pet Memorial Chime' is printed in small letters on the bottom of the wood circle. You are only able to see this when actually putting the ashes inside the Urn.

• Good for those who move around--easy to bring with you to a new home.
• Good quality wind chime urn. Beautiful sound. Sleek look.
• The entire process was easy and quick.

Cons

• The o-ring easily falls out of the cover to the Urn. If the o-ring is not in it's grove the top won't screw on well and ashes may fall out as you adjust.
• 'Pet Memorial Chime' is printed in small letters on the bottom of the wood circle.
