Return & Exchange Instructions

If a Mainely Urns Customer Service Representative has directed you to this page, please follow the appropriate instructions below.

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason you must FIRST contact Customer Service 866.516.1296 or customerservice@mainelyurns.com to initiate the return or exchange. We must receive phone or email notification prior to any return to prevent unnecessary delays and or additional shipping charges. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page to review return & exchange policies, terms & conditions before contacting customer service.


Return Instructions:
  1. Contact Customer Service 866.516.1296 or customerservice@mainelyurns.com to initiate a return
  2. After contacting us we will email you with detailed return/exchange instructions that are specific to your order


  3. Return items must be packed and returned in original packaging and shipping containers or better. Failure to package items adequately and reasonably may result in product damage and negate any credits due.
  4. Purchaser's name, address and Order Number must be clearly visible in or on the package
  5. Returns Address: We will provide you with a return/exchange label OR shipping address (we have multiple warehouses and shipping locations so not all returns come back to our Gray, ME location)
  6. All Returns and Exchanges, policies terms & conditions apply
  7. We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your returned item to confirm our receipt
  8. Any credits due will be processed by our accounting department within 5 business days


Exchange Instructions:

  2. After contacting us we will email you with detailed return/exchange instructions that are specific to your order
