Mainely Urns gladly ships our cremation urns, funeral urns, pet urns and flag cases all across the US and Canada. We also ship world wide too – shipping rates will vary. If you are buying an urn that will be buried in the ground then you will need to consult with the burial site property owner (usually a Cemetery, Church, Memorial Garden, Town or City Office) to find out what kind of urns they allow in the ground. The requirements can range from very strict to no requirements at all. Cremation urns are made of numerous different kinds of materials including brass, bronze, copper, colored glass, stainless steel, marble, stone, various types of woods and even paper. Some urns are specifically designed for burial; some would be better suited to be placed in a burial vault before burial; some cremation urns are designed to biodegrade naturally while in the ground; an of course most are designed for permanent display in the home or columbarium.
