Excellent quality! I wish this product came in a smaller size but that might not be possible to engrave. I ordered it for my precious cat, Honey, and it's more room than needed but I still love it.

We communicated through email, about four or so times. Jill got back to me right away with each email. Great communication. When I received the urn for my dog, I was very impressed. It wasn't made out of cheap material or anything like that. And I cant say enough about the engraving. He/She did an unbelievable job with the poem that I wanted on it, did a fabulous job. This particular urn fits very well with my 35 pound dog, no problems at all. Once I approved everything ( they will send you a copy of what your urn will look like with the engraving on it, and it needs to be approved by you ), it took only three days to get to my house, I think that was pretty quick. Overall, A service. They even called me to see if I needed anything else, I thought that was nice of them to do that. I had a rough time dealing with the passing of my dog, they made this purchase easy and less painful for me. thank you for everything.
