Great Product!
November 21, 2020
The urns were very nice but I was a little disappointed with the engraving. It was in script and was beautiful but was very light and hard to read. I would have liked it to have been darker but I understand the reasoning behind the light colored letters. The hearts base I loved and easily exceeded my expectations. The etching around the base was beautiful and really set it off. I was very happy with my purchase.
Pros
  • Etching on the base was way beyond what was expected and the delivery was fast,
Cons
  • Etching on urn too light to easily read.

Beautiful but harder to open and close
December 22, 2016
The urn arrived in beautiful condition with perfect engraving. But opening and closing the top was difficult. It looked like it was misaligned and was troublesome until we finally were able to close it permanently. Maybe it was just a glitch with this one because everything else about it was perfect.
Merchant Response:The finely threaded metal to metal threads usually go on and off fairly easily but some are harder than others. They will be sealed and closed permanently so ultimately you should only have to open once and close once. Before they are engraved we have to take the top off, then put on after engraving...so at that time we make sure it passes a sort of off-the-on inspection. If they are too hard, we don't ship them.

Beautiful Classic Urn and Engraving
March 30, 2015
I was surprised that the engraving is so perfect. Guess it's done my a machine. It shows up very well for such fancy lettering.
Merchant Response:Yes. We use as rotary engraving machine that is computer driven. There is still a lot of craftsmanship in setting up the engraving and the urn in the machine. It's not as easy as it looks :)
Pros
  • engraving of my loved ones name and dates is beautiul
