Mainely Urns, Inc. gives annually to the Dana-Faber Cancer Institute through the Jimmy Fund. Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has supported the fight against cancer in children and adults at Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, helping to raise the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world.

Since 1953, the Red Sox have teamed with the Jimmy Fund to save lives, find cures, and dramatically change the quality of life for children and families facing cancer in New England and around the world. The Red Sox adopted the Jimmy Fund as its official charity in 1953.
